	Trinity Yeung is a New York City-based designer and writer from the Philippines, with an edge for motion graphics, front-end product design, and editorials. In 2022, she was granted a Merit Scholarship to attend Parsons School of Design’s Communication Design program. Earlier this year, she was named as one of GDUSA’s Students to Watch for 2024.Touching on color, texture, visual depth, and narrative, her work culls from pop culture, technology, and other existing contemporary art forms. Her strong and varied professional and educational background in feature writing, material research, design strategy, and Southeast Asian roots prompts a distinct perspective in design thinking.
	In her free time, she enjoys cooking Japanese food, collecting periodicals, exploring the city through long strolls and coffee shop lurking. She encounters dynamic inspiration in worn objects, sculptures, films, and live rock/techno performances. Occasionally, she also designs jewelry and assists in events and productions. And Lorde once called her cool.

Two Hole Punch is a Philippines-based design studio. Channeling influences of architecture, fashion, and storytelling, each project is a careful exploration, a process of distilling what makes a brand unique and translating that into meaningful, thoughtfully crafted messages. 
I created assets for the studio’s promotional efforts. Keeping in mind the strong demand for texture and real-life sensation, I came up with visuals that balance playfulness and humor with scrapbooking sensibilities and surrealist themes.

Ma &#38;amp; Popsi takes a modern twist on a nostalgic classic, reimagining the simple joy of popsicles with a contemporary flair. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant energy of retro aesthetics, we crafted a brand that bridges the gap between yesterday’s charm and today’s evolving lifestyle.

This project expands on the eerie, seductive presence of The Substance—the fictional product from the 2024 film The Substance—by conceptualizing its branding, packaging, and advertising campaign as if it were a real consumer product.


Inspired by themes of transformation, vanity, and horror, the identity positions The Substance as a luxury biotech brand with a clean, modern, yet unsettling aesthetic. The campaign balances minimalist, high-end beauty visuals with dystopian undertones, using cryptic messaging and stark typography to suggest a too-good-to-be-true promise of perfection.&#38;nbsp;
This speculative branding exercise reimagines The Substance as a viral marketing phenomenon, immersing audiences in its world of beauty, control, and the terrifying cost of perfection.

This title sequence for the 2024 film Babygirl explores themes of fluidity, femininity, and transformation. Drifting jellyfish serve as a central motif, mirroring the protagonist’s emotional state—nuanced yet untethered. Neon reflections, liquid textures, and slow-motion abstractions create a dreamlike atmosphere, while the use of script typography exemplifies the film’s use of the female gaze. Set against a haunting ambient score, the sequence blends intimacy with unease, embodying the film’s poetic tension.&#38;nbsp;

Consumed with finding the recipe for success, Laila makes a sinister discovery: her sourdough starter only responds to blood. As her blood-thirsty starter grows beyond her wildest dreams, Layla struggles to sustain both her relationship and her personal ambition. 
I created an ending title sequence that taps into the feature’s themes of domesticity and power.
