Inspired by our environment, sensory stimulants, and human responses, I wanted to create an elaborate and almost fantasy-like landscape to visualize the way we, as humans, encounter, process, and internalize the range of our emotions, specifically through the three main aspects of: heart, soul, and mind. I approached the idea of contrast through color variance, illustrations (that connote the body), and static movement.
The entire poster series functions as a triptych, with each poster portraying the different intrinsic human response by emphasizing the contrast between the aspects, while simultaneously trying to depict the overarching idea of how we process these provocations — synapse to feeling to action and so on…
