The Brooklyn Half Marathon is a popular race held annually in Brooklyn, New York. It's one of the largest half marathons in the United States. The race typically starts near the Brooklyn Museum and finishes at the Coney Island boardwalk. Along the way, participants experience the diverse culture and vibrant atmosphere of the borough. The event is known for its energetic crowds, live music, and enthusiastic volunteers cheering on the runners. It's not only a test of physical endurance but also a celebration of community spirit and resilience.
Keeping these ideas in mind, I produced a vibrant and energetic visual identity to accompany the event. I utilized core elements from the race: the marathon’s colors, route diagrams and shapes, and imagery of runners.
