Trinity Yeung is a New York City-based designer and writer from the Philippines, with an edge for motion graphics, front-end product design, and editorials. In 2022, she was granted a Merit Scholarship to attend Parsons School of Design’s Communication Design program. Earlier this year, she was named as one of GDUSA’s Students to Watch for 2024.
Touching on color, texture, visual depth, and narrative, her work culls from pop culture, technology, and other existing contemporary art forms. Her strong background in editorial writing, primarily fashion and culture features, prompts a distinct perspective in design thinking.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking Japanese food, collecting periodicals, exploring the city through long strolls and coffee shop lurking. She encounters dynamic inspiration in worn objects, sculptures, films, and live rock/techno performances. Occasionally, she also designs jewelry.
